HYDRONIC Water Treatment

About HYDRONIC

Two water treatment specialists improving water quality with every visit.

Mathieu Leclerc and Justin

HYDRONIC Water Treatment was founded by Mathieu Leclerc in North Vancouver after seeing how many buildings were underserved by their existing water treatment providers. With the right knowledge, experience and chemical library behind every visit, water quality improves visit after visit, and the building feels it: better heat transfer, lower water consumption, and fewer dollars lost to ongoing leaks, mal-tuned cooling towers and steam boilers, or heating and cooling performance eroded by biological and corrosive fouling. Today HYDRONIC is a team of two water treatment specialists working from the coast to the Interior.

We work with strata councils and property managers who need a specialist looking after their building; with building operators who want to understand what they are testing; and with mechanical contractors who need a water treatment partner they can put in front of their own clients.

Every visit is made by a specialist. Every reading is written down. Every filter is changed. Every recommendation is tied to a number. That is the method that improves water quality with every visit. The results are clear.

Mathieu holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Project Management, and brings more than ten years of business operations experience, first as a franchise owner and now at HYDRONIC. He is EOCP certified for cooling tower water treatment and Legionella sampling under the City of Vancouver cooling tower bylaw, so buildings inside the city can meet their monitoring and reporting obligations with one provider.

Justin brings HVAC and refrigeration experience, water testing experience, and hands-on service that clients notice. Buildings in his service area get the same program, delivered with the same care.

Between the two of us we cover the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Sea-to-Sky, Vancouver Island and the Interior, and the building never notices the difference: the same testing, the same schedule, the same report, whoever signs it.
