Text messaging (SMS) program

1. Program: HYDRONIC Water Treatment Service Messages. We send service-related texts to clients and building staff, including visit scheduling and confirmations, technician arrival updates, water test result notifications and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing messages.
2. How you opt in: by giving your mobile number directly to a HYDRONIC technician or our office when setting up service, verbally or in writing, or by texting our business number first.
3. Message frequency: varies based on your service schedule and conversations with our team.
4. Cost: message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. HYDRONIC does not charge for text messages.
5. Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
6. Help: reply HELP, call 778-655-5722, or email office@HydronicWaterTreatment.com.
7. Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy: we do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
