Water treatment is a program, not a product. Every building gets the same four things: a baseline, a plan, scheduled testing and treatment, and a written record.
Dependable service
Good water treatment is a rhythm: a set visit frequency for each system, a specialist who arrives as scheduled, and a written report afterwards. That rhythm is what keeps chemistry on target and equipment protected year after year.
Whether Mathieu or Justin attends, you get the same procedure, the same targets and the same report. Both of us know the systems we look after, and the site history travels with the building, not with the person.
Professional advice
Every recommendation we make is tied to a reading on the test report. If nitrite is low, you will know the target, the current level, the dose to correct it and the likely reason it dropped. If a system is losing water, you will hear about it early, while it is still a simple fix.
We keep the advice proportionate. A system on target needs steady monitoring, and we will say so; when something does need attention, you get a clear plan with the cost up front.
Chemical products
We supply and dose the chemistry your systems need: corrosion inhibitors (nitrite, molybdate and multi-metal blends), aluminum-safe products where the metallurgy calls for them, pH adjustment, oxidising and non-oxidising biocides (including sodium hypochlorite for chlorination), inhibited propylene glycol for freeze protection, steam boiler oxygen scavengers and sludge conditioners, and cooling tower scale and corrosion control.
Products are delivered to site and dosed by us, so every addition is recorded against the system volume and the test result that called for it.
Treatment equipment
Filtration and magnetic particle capture keep a loop clean in a way chemistry alone cannot. We supply side-stream filters and magnetic drop-in filters, bypass pot feeders and glycol make-up units, test kits, handheld TDS and pH meters, and conductivity controllers for steam boiler blowdown, and we service the filters on the regular visit so they keep doing their job.
Selecting and sizing equipment is part of a system design, and we work with your mechanical contractor on it. Installation is completed by your contractor.
Operator training
Operators who can read their own water get more out of every visit. We train on site with your own equipment: reading a Taylor nitrite kit, using a TDS and pH meter, running a steam boiler blowdown, and recognising the readings worth a phone call to us.

Water test reports
After every visit you receive a written report: each system tested, results against targets, what was added, what changed since last time, and what needs attention. Trends build visit to visit, so you can see the program working and budget with confidence.
The reports are written for the people who act on them: strata councils, property managers and owners, as well as the mechanical contractor.
Project and specialty services
Beyond the scheduled program, we handle the jobs that come up over the life of a building:
- Cooling tower cleaning: chemical cleaning, pressure washing and disinfection, recommended annually and as an emergency response when Legionella is detected above threshold.
- Glycol freeze protection: we determine the loop volume with a PTSA tracer test, so the right amount of inhibited propylene glycol is supplied and pumped into your system the first time.
- System clean and flush: a full clean-out of a fouled or newly commissioned loop, ready for fresh treatment, using acidic, pH-neutral or alkaline cleaners depending on the system and its condition.
- New-build domestic water chlorination: disinfection of new domestic water piping, with bacteria testing to confirm the result.
- Bacteria testing: samples collected on site and analysed by a third-party certified laboratory, including Legionella.
- Chemical application systems: pot feeders, dosing pumps and controllers commissioned, set up and troubleshot.
